DWI Probation

  • Use of an Ignition Interlock Device. This device must be installed in your vehicle to check your breath-alcohol concentration before you can start the engine.
  • Alcohol and drug abuse evaluation. You may have to undergo a professional evaluation and complete any treatment or counseling recommended.
